Midlife women are in their Own Business Era: 25 for 25
For so many reasons, midlife women are in their Own Business Era.
I’m lucky to know many women who’ve left corporate culture, and are now building and scaling their own thing. Trademarking their IP, working solo or employing and contracting others.
During December, I’m publishing an alternative advent calendar featuring midlife women who’ve decided to be the boss of their own careers.
This series of posts, 25 for 25, features midlife women on the rise. Behind the next door on my alternative advent calendar is Transformational Hypnotherapist, Amanda Cole.
Positive ripples: Amanda Cole
Amanda Cole is an Accredited Transformational Hypnotherapist. Her work supports soul-led women to break through their subconscious barriers for deeper clarity, so they feel truly enough and can thrive in all areas of their lives.
“Sending positive ripples out into the world is what it’s all about for me.”
Amanda Cole
She specialises in working with other mission-driven therapists, coaches and healers - women who have done their own inner work, but understand they must reach a deeper level of healing in their own lives, and for the good of their clients.
Amanda names 2023 as her milestone year of important lessons, all of which taught her how she didn’t want to run her business. Having learned that every client needed a bespoke approach, Amanda created her own methodology and stopped following the crowd. She now prefers to listen to her intuition and lean into how she wants to feel as a business owner, rather than focusing on practical goals.
2025 is for …
Amanda has several collaborations in the works for 2025, both online and in person. She loves working closely with like minded women - “sending positive ripples out into the world is what it’s all about for me.”
Amanda has spent this year developing her powerful, signature 12 week transformational journey, so now she’s excited to focus on building her 1:1 client base.
Inspiration & motivation comes from …
“Working 1:1 with my clients, being able to hold space for them and seeing the transformations they go through mentally, emotionally and spiritually.”
Amanda’s advice for her younger self
“Stop worrying and make yourself happy. When it comes to business, remember to work smarter, not harder - sometimes doing less isn’t a bad thing. Trust the process and, most importantly, believe in yourself.”
