More thoughtful ways to say thanks
Gratitude not platitude
If you’re an Ink Tank fresher, welcome! I’ve had summer flurry of subscribers, thanks to Joe Portsmouth’s newsletter, Write On.
Thanks to Joe. And to you for joining my psy-copy® party.
I post weekly about copywriting psychology. My writing is aimed at marketers, copywriters and anyone who needs persuasive words for their work.
More thoughtful than thank you
Do you feel like you say thank you on repeat? Not just in person, but also in online comments and emails? It’s a great sign that your life is filled with gratitude.
Heartfelt as your appreciation may be, a simple thanks can feel a bit uninspired.
A platitude even.
Let me help …
Here’s a list of more thoughtful ways to say thanks
I appreciate you.
You made me smile.
I owe you one.
How thoughtful of you.
That's kind of you.
You made my day.
That's why I do this.
Your support means the world to me.
You made this easy.
How can I return the favour?
I won't forget this.
Lucky to have met you here.
Aw, you shouldn't have 😀
TIA (thanks in advance)
Where can I tell other people how helpful you’ve been/ how great you are? (thanks Tori, for this one)
Save for later
I’m going add new suggestions to this post in future, so it’s worth saving if you think you can use these words. Also, feel free to comment below with your suggestions. TIA 😉
